Fruit bread
Instructions
Beat 3 eggs with 125 g caster sugar, then add 60 g almonds, 125 g of hazelnuts, divided into quarters, 125 g of dried figs into strips, 125 g candied Citron, chopped 250 g raisins, a pinch of cinnamon and 125 g flour mixed with 1/2 sachet baking powder.
Work everything very well, put the dough in a buttered Cake mould and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool, then cut the fruit bread pieces.

- 125 g of granulated sugar
- 60 g of almonds in pieces
- 125 g of hazelnuts
- 125 g of dried figs
- 125 g of chopped candied citron
- 250 g of sultanas
- 1 == Pto Cinnamon
- 125 g of mixed flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
