Black bread
Instructions
Put a little water in a bowl, combine molasses, oil and yeast; dissolve all together a little flour and salt; Add rest of flour and water and knead until the dough has risen a lot of volume.
Reflect on the table and knead dough by hand for 10 minutes.
Cover with a towel and let rise for 2 hours.
Divide the dough and formed two small loaves.
Put them in two mould to rise for an hour.
Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
remove the bread from the mold, put it on the shelf of the oven and cook another 10 minutes.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 750 g of wholemeal flour
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 500 G = = water
- 2 tablespoons of molasses
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of salt
