Switzerland rolls
Instructions
Worked about 50 g of butter with a little salt and a tablespoon of mustard and spread on sandwiches cut in half.
On the basis put a leaf of lettuce and sliced onions on top of a then Switzerland cooked in frying pan and cooled, a slice of cheese and a salad leaf.
Cover with the top of the bun

- 4 cheese slices
- 4 pickled onions
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 50 g of butter
