Tuscan bread salad
Instructions
Soak the bread in a little water and place them in a serving dish.
Sprinkle chopped anchovy fillets.
Peel and remove the seeds in tomatoes, cut into thin slices and use them to cover the bread.
Chop the onion, chop a handful of Basil and sprinkle this mixture on the tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Apart from beating 4 tablespoons oil with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and sprinkle the panzanella.
Serve it cool.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices homemade bread stale
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
