Instructions
Slice the bread and keep it for 1 hour in cold water, then wring it out.
Place it in a bowl and season with thin scallion, cucumber, lettuce, and sliced celery, diced peeled tomatoes, chopped Basil.
Scramble.
In a small bowl combine oil, salt, pepper, vinegar; pour on fresh panzanella shortly before serving.

- 1000 g of stale tuscan bread
- 1 bunch of fresh onions
- 1 cucumber
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- Celery
- Basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
