Instructions
Coarsely chop 200 g of gorgonzola and place it in a pan with 80 g of butter and 3 tablespoons cold milk.
Melt the butter sweet flame stirring.
With this sauce seasoning 400 g farfalle, cooked in salted water.
Mix well and, if necessary, add 4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
