Pasta with pancetta
Instructions
Fry the Diced Bacon in 1 pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped parsley.
Add 100 cl of water, bring to a boil and add the pasta.
Cook over medium heat, uncovered, so that the pasta absorb all the water.
Serve with pecorino and pepper.
