Pasta and lentils
Instructions
Cook the lentils in water over low heat.
When they are tender add the oil, garlic, salt and grated tomatoes.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Throw the pasta in the soup, bring to boiling and add the chopped parsley.

- 350 g of type tubes small pasta
- 200 g of lentils
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Parsley
