Cold pasta with sausage
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente, pass it under cold water and place in a salad bowl.
Join the sausage cut in slices, boiled peas, diced cheese, oil, salt and mix well.
Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, ground pepper and olives and serve.

- 400 g of short cream type pasta
- 8 pork sausages
- 1 green pepper
- 100 g of sweet cheese
- 2 eggs
- 300 g of frozen peas
- Black olives
- Green olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
