Instructions

Let soften butter.

In a bowl, crumble the yeast diluted with warm milk, add sugar, whole egg and butter.

By mixing together the sifted flour.

Mix and knead the mixture.

Cover and let rise for an hour and a half in warm place.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into two layers, leaving around a thicker edge.

Place in two greased cake pans and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
