Sweet Lemon soup (2)
Instructions
Put in a dish of soft ladyfingers.
Mix the flour with water, add the other ingredients and put on the fire at low heat, thicken, stirring continuously.
Pour a half of cream over ladyfingers, cover with remaining ladyfingers, finally the rest of the cream, decorated with slices of lemons.
Served hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Soft ladyfingers cookies
- 150 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- To decorate:
- Some slices of small lemons
