Pasta Verde (basic recipe)
Instructions
Place the flour, eggs sgusciatevi in the Middle, add a pinch of salt and chopped spinach.
Knead the mixture for a few minutes.
If the wet spinach requires other flour, a little at a time add additional washers.
Let the dough rest for a quarter-hour and then pull it to browse not so subtle.
This paste can be used for lasagne, tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli.
Green noodles mixed with a bit of egg-based ones are called ' straw and hay.
Appropriate condiments are the classic ones, meat sauce, butter and cheese, roast gravy.
