Pasta with herbs
Instructions
Like pasta are good pens or something.
Make a mixture of all the herbs you can find, parsley, Arugula, Basil as a base, then Mint, chives if you find two Sage leaves, a little Rosemary etc.
Everything is green is fine.
Add a couple of cloves of garlic juice.
With garlic pure, abundant feeling spicy, but looks to be raw and squeezed with a particular vessel.
Once drained pasta, then heat briefly in the pot with the chopped tomato and a little chopped canned (not passed).
The sauce must not boil, just heat up.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Type pasta penne
- Mixed herbs (basil, arugula salad, mint)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Little of canned chopped tomatoes
