Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

Wash the rabbit, dry and rub it with salt and pepper.

In a greased baking have a layer of potatoes and one rabbit.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley.

Cover with remaining potato slices.

Emulsify 6 tablespoons oil with water and pour 6 on mess.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 90 minutes.
