Mess of kidneys
Instructions
Thinly slice 2 veal kidneys and sauté in a pan with a little oil.
Discard the cooking liquid and jump again kidneys with a little oil, 1/2 sliced onion and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Season with salt and add 2 chicken breasts sfilettati.
Complete cooking and cool.
Line with puff pastry (frozen or fresh) a pan greased with butter and pour in the mixture of kidneys and chicken sautéed, add a tablespoon of dry sherry and close with another puff pastry.
Bake in hot oven at 150 degrees.
Serve warm.
