Potatoes baked in foil with the yoghurt
Instructions
Wash the potatoes well, dry and with a sharp knife prick a longitudinal cut on top.
Insert into the opening two butter flakes, salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato in a square sheet of aluminum foil, then soak them in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: in a small bowl mix the yoghurt with the cream, chopped chives, a sprig of parsley and diluted with lemon juice filtered to colander, adjust the salt.
When cooked place the slightly open cartocci on warm serving dish, sprinkled the potatoes with a teaspoon or more of salsa and served apart from advanced in gravy boat.
