Instructions

Boil the peeled potatoes in lightly salted water.

Let cool and slice them and after Browning them in a pan with 80 g of butter.

Peel the onions, slice them and Blanch for a few minutes in salted water; drain and brown them in butter.

Stir in potatoes and onions pan and let stand for a few minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve well-heated.
