Potatoes au gratin to tyrol
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into round slices, boiling salted water and add the potatoes.

Cut the bacon and onion, sliced thin enough.
Mix potatoes with Bacon and onion salt pepper, drizzle with oil, and place the potatoes on a baking sheet sprinkling grated cheese, bake for 20 minutes at 180/200 degrees.
