Penne with salmon
Instructions
In a large Saute pan with a little olive oil finely chopped shallots.
Add the salmon, cut into strips, washed with whisky, air-dry quick flame, add the cream and ground black pepper.
Cook the penne in abundant salted water and season the sauce pan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of type pasta penne rigate small
- 80 g of smoked salmon
- 1 jar of cooking cream
- 1 shallot
- 1 dram of whisky
- Little of olive oil
- Minced 1 of black pepper
- Salt
