Penne with moscardini
Instructions
Bake the pan fried baby squid with very little oil (lightly fried mixture).
Cook the pasta, serve with Arugula, cut into small pieces and tomatoes in half, add the baby octopus and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 500 g of pachino tomatoes
- 200 g of arugula salad
- 1000 g of moscardini
