Penne with mortadella
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan saute the onion and finely chopped parsley, butter and oil.
When everything is golden add the mortadella in cubes and season with salt and pepper.
After the mortadella is browned add the wine, letting it evaporate over high heat.
Drain the pasta, season it with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- 700 g of type pasta penne
- 60 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 slice of mortadella (from 200 g slices)
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
