Penne with peppers and tomato sauce
Instructions
Let dry onion, sliced, in olive oil, moderate focus.
Add the peppers, cut into small pieces (chopped) and continue cooking for about 8 minutes, always moderate focus.
Combine tomatoes, skinned and deseeded, anchovy fillets and cut into pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, and finally add the chopped parsley.
Season the pasta, cooked al dente, with this sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

- 600 g of type pasta penne
- 500 g of sweet peppers
- 500 g of fresh tomatoes or peeled
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 4 anchovies water
- Salt
- Hot pepper
- Parmigiano
