Instructions
Boil in salted water the chopped cauliflower and broccoli for 5 minutes.
Add the pasta and bring everything to Cook (about 12-14 minutes).
In a non-stick Pan fry the chopped garlic and chilli.
Drain pasta and vegetables and skip everything in pan with sauce of garlic.
Serve immediately.

- 320 g of type pasta penne
- 1 cauliflower from 500 g
- 250 g of broccoli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili
- Olive oil
