Pennette with zucchini
Instructions
In a pan and heat to low then fire sweet oil and butter, then insaporitevi sliced courgettes not so subtle.
After a quarter of an hour add the Marjoram, adjust the salt.
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil, add salt and bake the pennette.
Rovesciatele al dente and drain the pan of Zucchini.
Stir and serve with grated cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta pennette
- 300 g of zucchini
- 1 shallot
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh marjoram
- Salt
