Pennette sauté
Instructions
In a pan put a tablespoon of olive oil, Saute 1 garlic clove cut in half, and a few leaves of Sage (okay even failing a sprig of Rosemary).
Add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
After 1 or 2 minutes to add a spoonful of cream.
Turn Off.
Meanwhile Cook the pennette al dente, drain, turn the gas under the Pan, pour the dough, turn quickly in the sauce and serve.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some leaves of sage
- 3 tablespoons of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of cooking cream
- Type pasta pennette
- Grated parmesan cheese
