Pesto with smoked provola
Instructions
Clean and cut the peppers into diamond shapes, put them in a pan with a little oil the finely chopped red onion, garlic and carrot cut into small pieces.
Add the peppers, salt and pepper and allow to cook.
Before serving add the provolone previously cut into small pieces and garnish with lettuce, cut into julienne.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of peppers
- 150 g of smoked provola cheese
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 dash of olive oil
