Peppers in vinegar
Instructions
Cut the peppers and courgettes into strips and onions into thick slices.
Cook vegetables for 8 ' to heat the vinegar, then drain and let cool.
Combine the sliced garlic, a handful of capers and anchovy fillet.
Drizzle with oil and salt, stir and serve.

- 2 red onions
- Some of pickled capers
- Some of anchovies in olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 clove of garlic
