Mother-in-law peppers
Instructions
Carefully wash the peppers, boil for a few minutes, let them cool and drain and cut them to length in half.
Give them the stem, seeds and place in a greased baking oil and powdered with the breadcrumbs.
Then, chop the smoked and mix in a bowl with olive oil, parsley, pine nuts and salt.
Pour the mixture over the peppers, being careful not to exceed the edges, spolverizzateli with the breadcrumbs, ungeteli with a little olive oil and infornateli for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
