Chocolate pears (7)
Instructions
Choose four healthy and firm pears, Peel being careful not to disconnect the petiole; put them, and then, standing in a baking dish with half a glass of water and cook in the oven already warm (220 degrees) for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce, chopped dark chocolate and reach into or in a bowl, put it in a small saucepan half full of water, gently boil and let it melt, stirring with a wooden spoon; then add sherry and sugar and blend carefully.
When the pears are cooked, remove from oven and place on serving dish, pour over the chocolate sauce and serve.
These pears are good cold too.

- 125 g of chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sherry
