Pears with chocolate (8)
Instructions
Drain the pears, place them upright on a plate.
Break up the chocolate in a saucepan and melt over low heat, combine the cream.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter and the egg yolk.
Mix well and pour the hot sauce over the pears.
Serve immediately.

- 4 large pears in syrup
- 150 g of chocolate cover
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 20 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
