Pears with cream
Instructions
Peel the pears, remove the core by using the appropriate tool and cooking, whole, into a syrup made with a glass of white wine, a little water and sugar.
Drain and place in a glass cup.
Whip the cream, stir in the icing sugar and the vanilla it descend from sieved.
Pour the cream over pears and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 large pears
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 25 cl of very creamy cream
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 glass white wine
