Pears with herb cream
Instructions
Put the cheese in the Blender, pouring soapy water and incorporated, flush, oil; then, add a little at a time, the parmesan and chopped Chervil.
When the mixture is creamy, add salt and pepper to taste.
Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and dry the pears, cut them in half, remove the core and cut into even slices.
Cover with lemon juice to make them black.
With the cream cheese filled a canvas pouch with spizzata nozzle.
Place the PEAR slices straight, close together, two by two, on the serving dish.
Spread a dollop of cream on each pair of slices (in the recess where the core) and keep them in the refrigerator until serving.

- 2 pere senior large
- 200 g of soft quark cheese
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch of chopped chervil (or parsley)
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
