Chocolate covered pears
Instructions
Carefully wash the pears, Peel and deprive of the core.
Place in a baking dish with the addition of wine and sprinkle with sugar.
Cook in preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 80 degrees, remove them from the oven, drain and let cool.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie with the addition of brandy and pour it over the pears to pour very well.
Let cool and serve.

- 4 large pears
- 250 g of chocolate
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 dram of brandy
