Pears dressed
Instructions
Take a pastry with flour, butter, sugar and egg and while you rest, prepare the pears.
Peel, sprinkle with a little lemon and svuotatele from the bottom.
Then roll out the dough, divide into squares and wrap each a PEAR after filling the hole with a little jam.
Browned the dough with beaten egg and place the pears in the oven until the dough is not colorful.
Serve sprinkled with vanilla icing sugar.
