Angler fish with tomatoes and capers
Instructions
Clean the fish, wash, prepare it for cooking and riempitegli the belly with the garlic and the parsley.
In a saucepan heat half of fairy fish oil, lie down and let the fish Cook on both sides for 5 or 6 minutes.
Then sprayed with white wine, with and continue cooking over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
