Swordfish to green
Instructions
Prepare a mixture with garlic and parsley.
Wash and dry the slices of swordfish.
Flour them and throw them in a pan with 1/2 glass of hot oil and cook 5 minutes per side.
Wet them with 1/2 glass of wine and continue cooking in the pan covered for 15 minutes.
Aside to wither the chopped in 4 tablespoons oil, vinegar and 2 2 of wine.
Just before you remove the fish from the heat must be flushed with the chopped and its sauce and serve hot.

- 4 slices of swordfish
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- White wine
- Flour
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
