Swordfish in sparkling wine
Instructions
Place in a large pan 4 tablespoons of olive oil and add 4 slices of swordfish flour.
Let them FRY on one side and then the other, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pour over half a bottle of sparkling wine and continue cooking until wine consumption and at the bottom of the pan to form a thickish sauce.
Remove the slices of swordfish from the Pan and arrange on a serving dish, cover with the prepared sauce and adorned with slices of lemon and salad.

- 4 slices of swordfish (800 g)
- 1/2 bottle of dry sparkling wine
- Flour
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
