Swordfish in giotta
Instructions
Cut the swordfish in four slices flour and cook in a pan with oil, do it well colored on both sides.
Take it off and put it in a baking dish.
In the same pan and in the same oil, fry the onion and add the capers, parsley, tomato sauce, salt and pepper, and later the olives.
Cook for a few minutes and pour over warm fish.

- 800 g of swordfish
- 100 g of olive oil
- 20 g of small capers
- Chopped parsley
- 100 g of tomato sauce
- 50 g of sliced onion
- Flour
- Salt
