Savory swordfish
Instructions
Brown the slices of swordfish in 6 tablespoons oil, salt and put them in a baking dish.
Wilting in the butter a chopped onion, garlic and parsley.
Dilute a little flour in the wine and lemon juice and combine all the chopped.
Mix well and pour this sauce over the fish.
Bake at 200 degrees for no more than 10 minutes.
