Strawberry peach
Instructions
Blanch peaches for a few minutes and spellatele.
Cut them in half and remove the core.
Place in a serving dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and filled with strawberries the recess of peaches.
Dilute three tablespoons of jam with two or three tablespoons of sweet wine, pour over the strawberries.
Let the fresh flavour for a few hours before serving.

- 6 yellow peaches
- 300 g of strawberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 cl of sweet white wine
- 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam
