Strawberry parfait
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and gradually add ice cream, out of focus, stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
Allow to cool for about 20 minutes and Add strawberries.
Pay based on sponge cake, which you put into a mold.
Refrigerate and serve cold with whipped cream.

- 250 g of strawberries, sliced
