Instructions

Wash the peaches and boil for 2 minutes; then drain and Peel immediately.

Spread on a sheet of paper with icing sugar and roll the peaches, so that they remain fully clothed.

Wash and dry the lemon and rub the sugar on check for buildup of the rind its essence.

Place the peaches in a large glass container, and distribute sugar squares between the peaches.

Put the bowl in the fridge for 3 hours and serve frozen.
