Cheese chicken breasts
Instructions
Flour the chicken breasts.
In a Pan fry the butter and Brown the chicken breasts and turning them until they salandoli so they can cook well on every side.
Once cooked, place over each breast a slice of fontina.
Cover the Pan and lower the flame so that the fontina melts slowly.
Serve the chicken breasts topped with butter.

- 60 g of butter
- Flour
- 4 slices of fontina cheese
- Salt
