Chicken breasts in wine
Instructions
Cut the meat into pieces and Brown it with oil.
Aside from brown butter, bacon, onions and mushrooms.
Drain the meat and add the chopped herbs, wine and garlic.
Add salt, pepper and cook along with the other ingredients for about 40 minutes.
Add the butter to the sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve very hot.

- 1000 g of chicken breasts
- 200 g of bacon
- 200 g of scallions
- 100 g of frozen mushrooms
- Smells
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
