Fish pirozski
Instructions
Boil the fish for 10 minutes in salted water with the carrot, bay leaf and celery.
Clean it and pass it to the chopper.
Saute onion in butter, add the fish, salt, pepper and boiled egg.
Roll out the dough and cut the number of disks.
About half of these have the fish and cover with the other disks.
Bake on buttered plate at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.

- 500 g of puff pastry
- 500 g of fish steaks (cod, cod)
- == 1 sliced onion
- 20 g of butter
- 1 hard-boiled dice
- 1 beaten egg yolk
