Instructions

Shelled peas and boil them in salted boiling water over half a teaspoon of sugar and five mint leaves.

Drain and transfer to a saucepan where you melt the butter.

Stir, let them add, pepper, adjust salt if necessary.

Add the remaining mint leaves.

Serve.
