Peas with lettuce
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and let it get dry the onions cut into very thin slices.
Stir, add lettuce, cut into strips and shelled peas.
Pour boiling water into the Bowl so it gets to half the peas.
Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of peas) taking care not to over-dry the liquid.
Before you pick up the container adjust the salt.
Is a gentle preparation, but at the same time tasty.

- 1000 g of fresh peas
- 40 g of butter
- 2 new onions
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- Salt
