Polenta with fondue
Instructions
Prepare a slightly smooth fondue.
Make the polenta instead of soda.
When it is ready, add the butter and stir.
Wet with cold water, a ring-shaped pan, fill with polenta and pressatela.
Turn on the serving dish.
At the center of the ring paid the fondue so that overflow and slides on polenta.
Sprinkle with sliced black truffles.
