Polenta with fried peppers
Instructions
Prepare the polenta. Cook the red peppers in a skillet with garlic and oil, white turnips and broccoli Romanesque, first boiled and then serviced with garlic, oil and chilli.
Spread the polenta on a large dish and cover it with the vegetables. On part with broccoli and turnips sprinkle with Parmesan.
