Polenta concia
Instructions
Pour 600 g polenta flour of maize in 2 quarts of boiling salted water.
Cook until the polenta will be tender.
Add 100 g of butter, 250 g of fontina cheese, sliced 50 g of finely chopped Bacon and 200 g of beans.
Bake for 10 minutes at sweet flame, stirring.
Add salt and serve.
